The Kettler® EXT 7 elliptical trainer has an Induktions Brake System™ with adaptable, manual, or programmable 25-400 watt electro-magnetic resistance range that allows for variable users, as well as 75 levels of training with no friction or wear to brake system components. The Extended Motion™ technology offers a longer stride (19 inches) from integrated gliding footplates for an ergonomic sequence of movement.
